Strong and Steady is an introductory strength and wellness program for the gym new-comer. The training within will ensure you get stronger, tone up, and increase your well-being in a fun and welcoming way!

Program Details

Overall Duration: 8 weeks

Weekly Workouts: 3 programmed resistance training days.

*two additonal days of the week provide recommendations for conducting activities outside of the gym.

Average daily workout completion time: 60-75 Minutes

Must have access to:

Any commercial gym will suffice.

    • Upper body and lower body strength movements
    • Pull accessories
  • Day 2

    • Upper body dominant day
    • Push accessories
  • Day 3

    • Leg dominant day
