Where We Ship From
All orders ship from the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping speed you choose.
We currently do not offer free shipping.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Our system highlights potential address issues, however we’re not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help sort it out.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
