The On The X Training team is passionate about fitness and making our customers the best versions of themselves. We want you to be happy with any and all products or services you may purchase. If you have any concerns about a product or service you purchased please reach out to us via email at info@otxtraining.com.

Attire/Merchandise - On The X is partnered with industry leading apparel companies to ensure quality products. In the event you receive faulty merchandise please reach out so the issue can be resolved at no cost to you. In the event you order the wrong size, let us know and we will send you the correct size. In most cases this will be done at no cost to you, however, certain circumstances might dictate fees to cover shipping, and restocking fees.

Programs - Due to the wide array of variables (beyond the program itself) that effect the results seen in a training protocol, we do not warranty our programs on a results basis. However, if you receive a faulty PDF or product file please reach out and it will be corrected.
