TacleteXpress was designed for individuals who want the intensity and demand of Total Taclete but in a condensed, time-conscious package. All sessions can be completed in 60 minutes or less!

Train like the professional you are. TacleteXpress will increase your power, strength, anaerobic capacity, and endurance in an efficient manner that even the busiest military professionals and first-responders can facilitate.

Program Details

Overall Duration: 15 weeks

Weekly Workouts: 5

Average Daily Workout Completion Time: 45-60 minutes

Must have access to: A gym with a functional training area to complete movements like cleans, back squats, etc. This would be ideal but substitutions can be made in the event certain equipment is not available to you.
