If you are a military professional, a LEO, or a first responder, your body is your most important asset. Whether you believe it or not, you are an athlete, and you should be training as one. The Total Taclete program is built to optimize your performance while on duty. Expect to enhance your power output, work capacity, and cardiovascular endurance. Side effects may include a sweet physique and compliments for being the most well rounded individual in your unit.
Total Taclete has currently been used by countless LEO, firefighters, and military professionals to optimize their performance on the job.
Total duration: 33 weeks
Training sessions per week: 5
Session duration: 60-90 minutes.
Must have access to: a functional fitness gym where you can conduct athletic movements like barbell cleans, conditioning circuits, etc.
A week of training at a glance (Block 1):
Day 1 - Power and Lower Body Strength
Day 2 - Running & Endurance
Day 3 - Rotational Power and Strength
Day 4 - Sprint Work
Day 5 - Rotational Power and Upper Body Strength
Total Taclete follows periodized programming cycles that rotate through hybrid general preparedness, strength and power, and running/endurance intentions.
